Fabryka 4x4 Rear Steel Bumper for Toyota Hilux 2005-2008

Rear bumper, dedicated to TOYOTA HILUX 2005-2015. The main structure of the bumper is made of 4mm thick sheet metal, and the fixings to the frame are made of 5mm thick sheet metal. The product is first cut by laser, then bent on a CNC press brake, and the correct shape is obtained during manual finishing. The next stage is anti-corrosion protection consisting of applying a zinc powder primer, and powder painting which gives the bumper its final appearance. This bumper has mounting holes for shackle handles, two holes for the hi-lif lift and holes for lamps replacing the lamps embedded in the original bumper.

The solid steel construction allows for fully exploiting the bumper in the field.

The bumper definitely improves driving comfort in the field, improves safety and gives the car the right character with its appearance.

The set includes all necessary elements for assembly.

The set does not include additional elements (e.g. shackle handles, lamps, winch slide) that may be visible in the photos. The bumper may differ in some features from the one in the photo. Before placing an order, please contact us to confirm the compatibility of the ordered goods and the possible delivery date. The bumper does not have homologation. All our products are painted in matt black RAL 9005 as a standard, fine structure. It is possible to order other colour variants from the RAL palette.
