Terms & Conditions (Sales)

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to all purchases made from OFM4x4 UK LTD trading as www.ofm4x4.co.uk (“we”, “us”, “our”). They should be read with our Privacy & Cookies & Security and Website Terms of Use.


1. Who we are & contact

Customer hours: Mon–Fri 10:00–20:00, Sat 10:00–16:00. We are unable to accommodate in-person client visits.


2. Definitions

Customer means a consumer purchasing goods for personal use. Trade Customer means a business buyer (garage, dealer, etc.). Goods means products listed on our website. Contract means your order accepted by us.


3. Territory & eligibility

We sell in the UK and worldwide. You must be 18+ and legally able to enter a contract.


4. Prices, currency & VAT

All prices are in GBP (£). We are currently not VAT-registered; prices do not include VAT. If we become VAT-registered, prices will be updated and shown inclusive of VAT from that date.


5. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer; acceptance occurs when we email a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel due to unavailability, pricing error, or compliance concerns (payment/fraud checks).


6. Availability, lead times & manufacturing

If an item is out of UK/EU stock we will advise options (back-order, substitute, or refund).


7. Delivery & risk (Shipping Policy embedded)

We use major couriers and, where appropriate, private carriers for bulky items. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary by destination, customs, and courier capacity. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the address you provide. Please inspect parcels on arrival and note courier damage where visible.

International: You are responsible for local taxes/duties, import declarations, and compliance with local vehicle regulations.


8. Payment & security

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Maestro), bank transfer, and Clearpay. Payments are processed securely via Revolut. We do not accept PayPal (high commission). We use SSL/TLS and standard anti-fraud measures.


9. Product information, fitment & installation

Ensure compatibility with your vehicle before ordering. For safety-critical parts, professional installation is strongly recommended. We are not liable for damage due to incorrect fitment, misuse, or off-label use.


10. Statutory cancellations (Consumer) & returns (Refund & Returns embedded)

10.1 Right to cancel (distance selling): If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel without giving any reason. You must notify us within that period and return the Goods within 14 days of notification.

10.2 Condition of returned goods: Goods must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging with all accessories and documentation. We may refuse a return if the Goods are not in resalable condition.

10.3 Strict restocking fee: For all non-faulty consumer returns, a fixed 30% restocking fee applies. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and handling.

10.4 Non-returnable items: (a) Special order or custom-manufactured products are non-returnable. (b) Torsion bars are non-refundable and non-returnable. Your statutory rights regarding faulty goods remain unaffected.

10.5 Return shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs (except where Goods are faulty or we shipped in error). Use a tracked, insured service.

10.6 Refund timing & method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection. Deductions may apply for missing parts, damage, or wear.


11. Faulty goods & warranty

If Goods are faulty or not as described, contact us promptly with your order number, photos, and details. We will repair, replace, or refund as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and any applicable manufacturer’s warranty. Wear-and-tear and damage due to improper installation or misuse are excluded.

13. Title & risk

Title passes when we have received cleared payment in full. Risk passes on delivery.


14. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (e.g., loss of profit, downtime). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.


15. Brand Disclaimer / Trademark Notice (embedded)

OFM4X4® is a registered trademark owned by WTD LOGISTIC SRL (EU). OFM4x4 UK LTD is an authorised reseller/distributor of genuine OFM4X4® products in the UK. All other trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Unauthorised use of the OFM4X4® name, logo, or related assets is prohibited.


16. How to cancel — model cancellation form

To exercise your right to cancel, you may use the following form or submit a return online once logged into your account.

17. Complaints & dispute resolution

Please contact us first so we can resolve any issue quickly. Consumers may also have rights to alternative dispute resolution where available under UK law.


18. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.


19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page and applies from publication.
