This document sets out the terms for the supply of goods and related services by OFM4x4 UK LTD trading as www.ofm4x4.co.uk (“we”, “us”, “our”) to both consumer and trade customers.


1. Scope of supply

We supply 4x4 parts, accessories, and camping equipment to customers in the UK and worldwide. We handle order processing, communication with manufacturers, and delivery logistics. Installation and fitment services are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.


2. Performance of service

  • We will perform our supply and dispatch services with reasonable skill and care.
  • Lead times may depend on product availability, manufacturing schedules, and transport conditions.
  • Delays outside our reasonable control (force majeure) do not entitle you to compensation but may permit cancellation for undelivered goods.

3. Lead times & delivery

  • UK stock: typically 2–5 working days.
  • EU stock: typically 5–114 working days.
  • Special orders/custom fabrication: as advised in writing.

We use major couriers and, for large or heavy consignments, private carriers. Delivery times are indicative and may vary. Risk passes on delivery.


4. Customer obligations

  • Provide accurate delivery and contact information.
  • Ensure safe access for couriers delivering heavy items.
  • Verify compatibility of products with your vehicle before ordering.
  • Comply with any fitting or usage instructions provided by the manufacturer.

5. Charges & payment

Fees are displayed at checkout. All prices are in GBP (£) and currently exclude VAT as OFM4x4 UK LTD is not VAT-registered. If we register for VAT, prices will be updated to include it. Payment is required before dispatch and is securely processed via Revolut. We also accept bank transfer and Clearpay. PayPal is not accepted.


6. Cancellation & returns (service component)

Consumers may cancel within 14 days of delivery, in line with the Terms & Conditions (Sales). For services initiated within that period at your request, you may be charged for the portion performed prior to cancellation.


7. Non-performance & liability

If we fail to deliver services with reasonable care and skill, you are entitled to repeat performance or a price reduction under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, except for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.


8. Trade customers

The following terms apply where you purchase as a trade customer (garage, dealer, or reseller):

  • Discounted trade pricing may apply.
  • Orders placed by trade customers are final. There are no cancellations and no refunds once accepted.
  • Risk and title pass on delivery.
  • Trade buyers warrant that installation is carried out professionally and that products are not misrepresented to end customers.
  • All sales to trade are governed by English law and the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended).

9. Warranty & claims

Warranty support for trade or consumer customers follows the manufacturer’s warranty terms. Claims must be supported by proof of purchase and installation. Misuse, modification, or incorrect fitment voids warranty coverage.


10. Governing law

This Supply of Services & Trade Disclaimer is governed by the laws of England & Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
