Yes. EU orders are fulfilled via our European company to minimise customs delays. Please order at ofm4x4.eu.
Collection is possible for certain items by appointment. Contact us first so we can confirm stock location and a pickup time.
Shipping is calculated at checkout by size, weight and postcode. Pallet or remote-area deliveries may need confirmation; we’ll update you before dispatch if anything changes.
We accept major debit/credit cards and bank transfers. We do not accept PayPal, so we can keep prices as competitive as possible.
Yes. Payments are processed by accredited gateways with encryption and fraud screening. We never store your full card details on our servers.
If your order hasn’t left the warehouse, we can cancel and refund it. Once it has shipped, you can return it under our standard returns process. Orders that have entered production (for example steel bumpers, underbody protection, or custom-made items) cannot be cancelled or refunded as manufacturing has begun.
Returns are accepted within 14 days for unused items in original packaging. Please review our Terms & Conditions for full details or contact our team for assistance.
Manufacturer warranties apply per product. Keep your invoice and any installation proof. We’ll assist with diagnosis and warranty claims where applicable.
Each product page lists compatible make, model, year and engine. If you’re unsure, send your registration or VIN and details (lift height, accessories) and we’ll confirm fitment: contact us.
Often yes. Plan for a wheel alignment, castor correction on larger lifts, extended brake lines and adjustable panhard rods for big travel, and load-rated springs if you run added weight (bar, winch, drawers).

Yes. Book a professional four-wheel alignment after installation and again after the suspension settles.

Yes. Oversized items are shipped by pallet freight. Please ensure someone is available to receive delivery during business hours.
