Fabryka 4x4 Expedition Drawer Systems for Toyota Land Cruiser J100 98-07

The first steel construction in Poland mass-produced in the technology for self-assembly, was made in the highest quality and with care to match the interior of the car.

Expedition body dedicated to TOYOTA LAND CRUISER J100 98-07. The supporting structure of the building, as well as the drawers, are made of galvanized steel sheet, which is a very good anti-corrosion protection. The drawer opening mechanism consists of a stainless steel section and a set of rolling bearings mounted both at the bottom and top of the guides, as well as on the sides of the drawer. This construction of the guides eliminates any play between the drawer and the load-bearing structure, which guarantees that no unpleasant sounds are emitted from the construction while driving in the field and ensures high reliability. Each of the drawers is equipped with two partitions that can be disassembled depending on the needs.

The fronts are powder coated in antique silver, which gives the whole aesthetics. Both drawers are equipped with solid stainless steel locks that can be locked with a key. The upper part is made of plywood covered with a felt fabric, secured on the edges with an aluminium corner, which makes the whole thing fit nicely with the interior of the car and is pleasant to use. The body is equipped with eight locker handles, which prevent the sliding of objects such as a fridge or trunk placed on its surface. There are additional storage compartments on the sides of the panel with drawers and behind the rear seats, which allows maximum use of the trunk space and better organization of items that we take on a trip. When constructing the body, we took care of the ease of assembly, thanks to which the assembly can be done by one person and the assembly takes place without disturbing the original interior of the trunk. One of the many advantages of the body is the fact that it can be removed from the car at any time and re-installed if necessary.

The body was tested during a trip to Africa and it worked 100%

It is a serial product, we do not need a car for fitting, we send the body on a pallet.
