Fitment and installation

Universal load-bed application. Check the 1790 × 1025 mm footprint, tailgate clearance and liner before installation. Drilling is required to secure the base; bolt-through or rivnut methods are available. A bed liner may need removal.

Measure the installation space

Measure the usable cargo area with any bed liner, trim and other accessories in place. Check wheel-arch spacing, mounting access, door or tailgate clearance and the space needed when fully extended. Secure the base to a suitable supporting surface using the manufacturer’s fitting method.

Include the system’s own weight when calculating the remaining vehicle payload. Secure cargo to the intended tie-down points, distribute it evenly and stay within the lower applicable system and vehicle limits. Fridges, boxes and other equipment shown in photographs are supplied only when expressly included in the kit contents.
