Spare wheel mount for TOYOTA LAND CRUISER J100 98-07 dedicated to the F4x4 bumper. The mount structure is made of 3mm thick sheet metal. The product is laser cut, then bent on a press brake, and the correct shape is obtained during manual finishing. The next stage is anti-corrosion protection consisting of applying a zinc powder primer, and powder coating, which gives the bumper its final appearance. The wheel mount is supported by a gas spring, which makes it easier to close and open on uneven terrain. The mount is very useful when the car has large-diameter wheels because it relieves the trunk lid hinges.
