F4x4 Spare Wheel Mount Carrier Bracket for Jeep Grand Cherokee ZJ

Spare wheel mount for JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE ZJ dedicated to F4x4 bumper. The mounting structure is made of 3mm thick sheet metal. The product is first cut by laser, then bent on a press brake, and the correct shape is obtained during manual finishing. The next stage is anti-corrosion protection consisting of the application of a zinc powder primer, and powder painting which gives the bumper its final appearance. The mounting of the wheel is supported by a gas spring, which facilitates its closing and opening on uneven terrain. The mount is very useful when

the car has wheels with a large diameter because it relieves the hinges of the trunk lid. Thanks to the solid construction, the mount does not transfer vibrations and undesirable sounds to the inside of the car. The handle is locked with a metal buckle, which prevents the automatic opening of the mount.

All our products are painted in matt black RAL 9005 as a standard, fine structure. It is possible to order other colour variants from the RAL palette. The set includes all necessary elements for assembly.
