Front bumper with winch plate without bullbar, dedicated to TOYOTA LAND CRUISER J100 98-04 . The main structure of the bumper is made of 3mm thick sheet metal , and the plate for the winch and frame mounts is made of 5mm thick sheet metal . The product is first cut by laser, then bent on a CNC press brake, and the correct shape is obtained during manual finishing . The next stage is anti-corrosion protection consisting in the application of a zinc powder primer, and powder painting which gives the bumper its final appearance.

This bumper has mounting holes for shackle handles, two holes for the hi-lift and holes for halogen lamps. The solid steel construction allows the full use of the bumper in the field.

The bumper definitely improves driving comfort in the field , enables comfortable use of the winch , improves safety and gives the car the right character with its appearance .

The set includes all necessary elements for assembly.

The set does not include additional elements (e.g. shackle handles, lamps, winch slide) that may be visible in the photos. The bumper may differ in some features from the bumper shown in the photo. All our products are painted in matt black RAL 9005 as a standard, fine structure. It is possible to order in other color variants from the RAL palette.
