Spare wheel mount for NISSAN PATROL Y61 GU4 dedicated to the F4x4 bumper. The mounting structure is made of 4mm thick sheet metal. The product is first cut by laser, then bent on a press brake, and the correct shape is obtained during manual finishing. The next stage is anti-corrosion protection consisting of the application of a zinc powder primer, and powder painting which gives the bumper its final appearance. The wheel mount relieves the rear door and is useful when the car has large-diameter wheels. Thanks to the solid construction, the mount does not transmit vibrations and sounds to the inside of the car. The wheel mount opens together with the rear door.
