Spare wheel mount dedicated to the FABRYKA 4X4 bumper for SUZUKI JIMNY IV 1.5 PETROL 18- . with the option of mounting a canister basket. The mounting structure is made of steel sheets with a thickness of 2 to 8 mm. The product is first cut by laser, then bent on a press brake, and the correct shape is obtained during manual finishing. The next stage is anti-corrosion protection consisting of the application of a zinc powder primer, and powder painting which gives the bumper its final appearance. The wheel attachment relieves the load on the rear door. Thanks to the solid construction, the mount does not transmit vibrations and sounds to the inside of the car. The wheel mount opens together with the rear door.
