Spare wheel mount for TOYOTA HILUX Revo 2016-on  dedicated to F4x4 bumper. The mounting structure is made of 4mm thick sheet metal. The product is first cut by laser, then bent on a press brake, and the correct shape is obtained during manual finishing.

The next stage is anti-corrosion protection consisting of applying a zinc powder primer, and powder painting which gives the bumper its final appearance. The mounting of the wheel is supported by a gas spring, which facilitates its closing and opening on uneven terrain. Mcing is very useful when the car has wheels with a large diameter.

Thanks to the solid construction, the mount does not transmit vibrations and undesirable sounds to the inside of the car. The handle is locked with a metal buckle, which prevents the automatic opening of the mount.

All our products are painted in matt black RAL 9005 as a standard, fine structure. It is possible to order other colour variants from the RAL palette. The set includes all necessary elements for assembly.
