Fitment and installation

For Toyota Hilux Double Cab 2016–Current. Drilling is required. Follow the vehicle-specific fitting template and check roof clearance before fitting accessories.

Features and equipment

  • Low-profile platform with integrated mounting feet and top/bottom accessory T-slots.
  • Includes the RRAC387 40-inch light-bar-ready fairing; light not included.
  • Optional lighting arrangement uses the specified LIGH213 VX1000-CB SM 12/24 V single-mount 40-inch light, sold separately.
  • Not suitable for under-rack tables. Check side-bracket suitability and use the specified Slimsport adapter where required.

Load and clearance planning

Count the rack or bars, mounting hardware and every accessory in the vehicle’s carried load. Follow the lowest applicable vehicle, rack and accessory load limit, distribute cargo evenly and secure it using compatible equipment. The installation does not increase the vehicle’s permitted roof or load-bed capacity.

Use the fitting instructions to establish the finished clearance. Tray size, mounting-leg height and packed dimensions have different meanings; packed dimensions do not describe the height above your vehicle. Check fasteners after installation and at the intervals required by the manufacturer.

Read the installation guide before assembly and choose additional accessories for the exact mounting system and dimensions specified above. Separately shown cargo and accessories are not included unless expressly listed.
