Build a modular Hilux Double Cab roof platform with a 1240 × 1330 mm Slimline 3 tray, movable slats and an easy-release mounting system.

Fitment and installation

For Toyota Hilux Double Cab 8th/9th generation with the specified MSTH001 mounting system. Drilling is required. Match the exact cab and roof fitting guide before installation.

Features and equipment

  • MRSTE06 platform measures 1240 W × 1330 L × 85 H mm; product height with mounting arrangement is separately specified as 128.5 mm.
  • Slats can be repositioned or removed without dismantling the whole rack.
  • Dual T-slots have staggered insertion points and adjustable mounting pitches.
  • Light-duty corner tie-downs accept compatible Stratchits and Stratchit Shorties.
  • Side-profile wiring channels and corner pass-throughs help route separately fitted electrical accessories.
  • Easy-release mounting extrusion allows platform removal without disturbing the roof seals.

Load and clearance planning

Count the rack or bars, mounting hardware and every accessory in the vehicle’s carried load. Follow the lowest applicable vehicle, rack and accessory load limit, distribute cargo evenly and secure it using compatible equipment. The installation does not increase the vehicle’s permitted roof or load-bed capacity.

Use the fitting instructions to establish the finished clearance. Tray size, mounting-leg height and packed dimensions have different meanings; packed dimensions do not describe the height above your vehicle. Check fasteners after installation and at the intervals required by the manufacturer.

Read the installation guide before assembly and choose additional accessories for the exact mounting system and dimensions specified above. Separately shown cargo and accessories are not included unless expressly listed.
