Fit a low-profile 1676 × 1175 mm Slimsport platform to a compatible RAV4, supplied with a 40-inch light-bar-ready fairing.

Fitment and installation

For Toyota RAV4 2019–Current. Drilling is required and LE models need additional drilling. The manufacturer describes moonroof operation with the light-bar fairing; verify the exact glass roof against the fitting guide before ordering.

Features and equipment

• Integrated mounting feet have additional brace brackets.
• Compatible accessory T-slots accept standard 8 mm bolts.
• Under-rack tables and some side-mounted recovery brackets are unsuitable.
• The specified LIGH213 VX1000-CB SM 12/24 V single-mount 40-inch light is sold separately; the supplied fairing has the required opening.

Load and clearance planning

Count the rack or bars, mounting hardware and every accessory in the vehicle’s carried load. Follow the lowest applicable vehicle, rack and accessory load limit, distribute cargo evenly and secure it using compatible equipment. The installation does not increase the vehicle’s permitted roof or load-bed capacity.

Use the fitting instructions to establish the finished clearance. Tray size, mounting-leg height and packed dimensions have different meanings; packed dimensions do not describe the height above your vehicle. Check fasteners after installation and at the intervals required by the manufacturer.
