Shipping & Returns

Estimated delivery: UK stock 24–48 hours; EU stock 5–7 working days. Stocked bumpers around one week; made-to-order bumpers around 3–4 weeks. Special-order manufacturer lead times are confirmed with you before ordering. These are estimates; check the item-specific availability and delivery guide.

Ordinary consumer distance orders normally allow cancellation until 14 calendar days after delivery, followed by 14 days to send goods back. Necessary inspection and opening ordinary packaging do not by themselves remove this right. No fixed restocking fee applies to statutory consumer cancellation. Whole-order cancellation includes standard outbound delivery. Faulty-goods rights are additional.

Special sourcing, import or manufacture of a standard catalogue product does not by itself remove cancellation rights. This kit replaces the need for heavy and potentially dangerous metal snatch blocks and bows shackles, plus the SaberPro® Utility Rope gives you enough flexibility to no longer need an extra bridle, tree trunk protector or short winch extension! The whole kit weighs just over 3kgs, often the weight of just a snatch block and bow shackle, however, you get SO much more!
