Rock Defense FJ80 Front Low Profile Bumper

The Rock Defense low-profile front bumper combines 1020 DOM tube construction with a CNC-formed steel winch-mounting plate and a shackle receiver. Check the winch envelope and grille clearance before installation.

Fitment and Installation

Manufacturer-listed fitment: Toyota Land Cruiser FJ80 1991–1997. Trail-Gear also lists the Lexus LX450. Verify vehicle mounting points and any previous modifications before ordering.

Requires a hawse fairlead no taller than 3 inches; it does not accept a roller fairlead. Designed for many low-profile 5000–9500 winches and smaller Warn 9.0R competition winches. Larger winches may require grille trimming. Not intended for vehicles with a body lift. The bumper is not rated for towing.

Is the bumper painted?

No. It is supplied in unpainted steel and needs suitable preparation and protective coating before use.
