Important: This with-cat (WC) system is intended for non-DPF vehicles. On vehicles fitted with a DPF, modifying or removing the DPF is illegal for UK road use and will fail MOT/roadside checks. See notes below.

Legal & installation notes (UK)
- DPF-equipped vehicles: It is illegal to remove or tamper with a DPF for road use in the UK. This kit is for non-DPF models; for any DPF vehicle, consult a specialist for a road-legal solution.
- Professional installation recommended. Re-torque fasteners after heat-cycle; check for leaks and clearance at full articulation.
- Tuning: A post-fit health check and ECU calibration can optimise boost & fuelling to the freer-flowing system.

1) Will this fit my Ranger?
It’s designed for PX (2011–2016) 3.2 TDCi non-DPF models. If your vehicle has a DPF, contact us for road-legal options.
2) What’s different about the “WC” part number?
“WC” = with catalytic converter. This kit includes a 100-cell metallic high-flow cat. There is also a track/off-road only variant without a cat (different part number).
3) How loud is it?
The centre straight-through muffler delivers a deep, purposeful note without excessive drone in the cab compared with straight-pipe systems.
4) Is it bolt-on?
Yes — it reuses factory-style mounting points and includes clamps/gaskets. A lift and penetrating oil make the removal of old hardware easier.
5) Will I need a remap?
Not strictly required, but a calibration can make the most of the freer-flowing exhaust and smooth transients.
6) Is this road-legal in the UK?
For non-DPF Rangers, you must still retain required emissions equipment. For DPF-equipped vehicles, removing or modifying the DPF for road use is illegal and will fail MOT; this system is then off-road/track only.
