Ask a Question About This Product
Free up flow and add a deeper note with the XForce 3" Turbo-Back Exhaust for Mazda BT-50 3.2 TDCi UR (2012–2016). Built from 409 raw stainless steel with 3" mandrel-bent pipework, stainless flex bellows and a centre straight-through muffler, this system reduces back-pressure and sharpens throttle response. The with-cat (WC) variant includes a 100-cell metallic high-flow catalyst for strong flow with emissions compliance where applicable.
Important: This kit is intended for non-DPF vehicles. On vehicles fitted with a DPF, removing or tampering with emissions equipment is illegal for UK road use and will fail MOT/roadside checks.
Key features
- 409 raw stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance in UK conditions.
- 3" mandrel bends from the turbo outlet to the tail for reduced back-pressure.
- Stainless flex bellows to relieve stress and manage NVH.
- Centre straight-through muffler — deep, controlled tone without harsh drone.
- 100-cell metallic high-flow cat (WC variant) to maintain gas velocity.
- Bolt-on fit to factory mounting points; fitting hardware included.
What’s included (kit P/N E4-FR02WC-TBS)

- Front pipe with stainless flex bellows
- 100-cell metallic high-flow catalytic converter section (3")
- Centre straight-through muffler section (3")
- Rear tail/exit section (3")
- Fitting kit — clamps, gaskets, hangers/hardware
Sub-assembly part numbers may vary by production batch; master kit code remains E4-FR02WC-TBS

Legal & installation notes (UK)
- DPF-equipped vehicles: Do not remove or modify the DPF for road use. This system then becomes off-road/track only.
- Professional installation recommended. Re-torque after heat-cycles; check for leaks and clearance at full articulation.
- Tuning: Not mandatory, but a calibration can optimise boost/fuelling for the freer-flowing system.

FAQs
1) Will this fit my BT-50?
Yes — it’s designed for the UR (2012–2016) 3.2 TDCi without a DPF. If your vehicle has a DPF, contact us for road-legal alternatives.
2) What does “WC” mean?
“WC” indicates the with-catalyst variant. This kit includes a 100-cell metallic high-flow cat for improved flow versus tired OE hardware.
3) How loud is it?
The centre straight-through muffler provides a deep, purposeful tone while helping to reduce cabin drone versus straight-pipe systems.
4) Is a remap required?
Not required, but a post-fit health check and calibration can maximise the benefits of lower back-pressure.
5) Is this UK road-legal on DPF vehicles?
No. Removing or modifying a DPF for road use is illegal and will fail MOT/roadside checks. Use only on non-DPF vehicles for the road, otherwise off-road/track.
6) What’s included in the box?
Turbo outlet/front pipe with flex, high-flow cat section, centre muffler section, rear tail section and a fitting kit (clamps/gaskets/hangers).
