Fabryka 4x4 Front Steel Winch Bumper for Toyota Land Cruiser 90

Front bumper with winch plate dedicated to TOYOTA LAND CRUISER J90 99-02. The main structure of the bumper is made of 3 mm thick sheet metal, and the plate for the winch and fastenings to the frame is made of 5 mm thick sheet metal. The product is first cut by laser, then bent on a CNC press brake, and the correct shape is obtained during manual finishing. The next stage is anti-corrosion protection consisting of applying a zinc powder primer, and powder painting which gives the bumper its final appearance.

This bumper has mounting holes for shackle handles, two holes for the hi-lift and holes for halogen lamps. The solid steel construction allows for fully exploiting the bumper in the field.

The bumper definitely improves the comfort of off-road driving, enables comfortable use of the winch, improves safety and gives the car the right character with its appearance. The set includes all the necessary elements for assembly and the radiator cover visible in the pictures. Shackle holders and lamps are not included in the set. The bumper does not have homologation. All our products are painted in matt black RAL 9005 as a standard, fine structure. It is possible to order other colour variants from the RAL palette.
