The 30L plastic canister mount for NISSAN PATROL Y60 is dedicated to the F4x4 bumper. The mounting structure is made of 3mm thick sheet metal. The product is first cut by laser, then bent on a press brake, and the correct shape is obtained during manual finishing. The next stage is anti-corrosion protection consisting of the application of a zinc powder primer, and powder painting which gives the bumper its final appearance. The mount is equipped with a basket for a plastic canister with a capacity of 30 l. Thanks to the solid construction, the mount does not transmit vibrations and undesirable sounds to the centre of the car.
