Spare wheel mount for TOYOTA HZJ71 99-07 dedicated to F4x4 bumper. The mounting structure is made of 4mm thick sheet metal. The product is first cut by laser, then bent on a press brake, and the correct shape is obtained during manual finishing. The next stage is anti-corrosion protection consisting of the application of a zinc powder primer, and powder painting which gives the bumper its final appearance. The wheel mount relieves the rear door and is useful when the car has large-diameter wheels. Thanks to the solid construction, the mount does not transmit vibrations and sounds to the inside of the car.
