Giiro joints

All 8 of the adjustable control arms included in the Overland Plus kit feature the dual durometer Giiro joint bushings on both ends. These are free pivoting, self-lubricating, self-centering, silent in operation and maintenance free bushings that make our kits ride like butter no matter what's underneath your vehicle. If that all sounds like it's too good to be true, that's because it should be - but the structured anatomy of our Giiro bushings matched with their superior material formulation allows two distant worlds to meet as one, providing you the desirable comfort of a daily driver and then easily transitioning to meet the extreme demands of rugged off-road terrain.

A fully adjustable, bolt on suspension kit is easy to install and is characterized by increased durability, which enables it to provide the highest quality and resistance to operation in difficult terrain. Overland Plus provides perfect handling on the road, and at the same time provides adequate strength and properties for safe and confident off-road driving.

The Jeep Wrangler JL was designed using a passenger and driver specific coils, for optimal balance and height. The Jeep Wrangler JL was also setup using longer travel shocks, and therefore the use of a dual rate rear coil help prevent coils from unseating at maximum articulation. The first rate will fully compress under the weight of the vehicle at ride height, utilizing the second rate while driving down the road. This rate has been increased over factory to help support added weight and offroad use. But still smooth enough to give our customers the ride quality and comfort they expect from a Clayton Off Road lift kit. Clayton Offroad springs will ensure an optimal range of work and maintain proper driving characteristics regardless of the type of terrain or the way your vehicle is used. Progressive springs will provide much better shock absorption and will make the car handle the unevenness of the terrain. Coils are powder coated black to help in the prevention of rust and corrosion. 

Clayton Off Road's 1,5" high front coil springs are equipped with coils that provide the best quality and make it easy to ensure the safety and reliability of your car. They were designed to provide the best in ride quality without sacrificing durability and load carrying capacity. The springs also have an optimal range of operation and will maintain proper handling properties regardless of the type of terrain or use. Each coil spring is powder coated black.
