Front bumper with winch plate and bullbar, dedicated to TOYOTA LAND CRUISER J90 99-02 . The main structure of the bumper is made of 3 mm thick sheet metal , and the plate for the winch and fastenings to the frame is made of 5 mm thick sheet metal . The product is first cut by laser, then bent on a CNC press brake, and the correct shape is obtained during manual finishing . The next stage is anti-corrosion protection consisting in the application of a zinc powder primer, and powder painting which gives the bumper its final appearance.

This bumper has mounting holes for shackle handles, two holes for the hi-lift and holes for halogen lamps. The solid steel construction allows the full use of the bumper in the field.

The bumper definitely improves the comfort of off-road driving , enables comfortable use of the winch , improves safety and gives the car the right character with its appearance . The set includes all the necessary elements for assembly and the radiator cover visible in the pictures. Shackle holders and lamps are not included in the set.
